LIES..... INSIGNIFICANT

IN THE MEANTIME....
INSIDE YOUR LIES:
The similarities between us
are insignificant
its OK because i like the abuse
and the devil in you
takes over the hell in me
diamonds so corroded
like your heart so eroded
its all in your mind
there is no right in your lies
The differences between us
cant be overcome
its OK because I'm likely to leave
you're a constant reminder
of everything i hate
you let yourself fade away
to who you are today
its all in your mind
there's no light in your lies
Now i look into your eyes
I see where u hide,
Inside your lies

INSIGNIFICANT OTHER:
You make me feel not enough
Nothing i do is good enough
I can't catch a break with you
I am a real person too
Waiting for the one time
You accept me for who I am
And you let me decay awhile
What it takes for you to smile
Did you ever pay attention
'Cus I loved u, did I mention
Hard to believe but true
I'd make a happier you
I couldn't have estimated
That i'd end up so frustrated
Watching me decay awhile
Always seems to make you smile
You make me feel not enough

I wait for the world to change
In the meantime I breathe
And the days pass me by
And i don't do a thing
Why should I change myself
Why should I be the only one
I watch the world fall apart
In the meantime I scream
One can make a world of difference
But then it's too late
And all hope disappears
Along with all that is good
I watch the world fade away
In the meantime I cry
All I had is now lost
And I did nothing to stop it
Now the world comes to an end
In the meantime
