They didn't see what was
inside
what she felt was hard to hide
how could they ignore the pain
what she felt inside her veins
to be so blind
to ignore the pain
her tears that feel just swept away
so when you see the look of pain
the way she felt when she slipped away
remember the way she use to cry
and look at the world inside her eyes
and then you might understand
why she cries
