TO BE - CHORUS OF ANGELS -
COMPACT SPACE
TO BE
To be thought of as the wind
One would reminisce
Upon the sounds coming around
Every corner and niche.
To be thought of as a tree
One could only hope
That height is but a myth
With which we have to cope.
To be thought of as a poet
One could write only a phrase
That means nothing when spoken
Only nights turning into days.
To be any of these as I speak
Would take many to know
So I leave you inspiration
And a poem as I go.
CHORUS OF ANGELS
A sweet melody is playing
Up in heaven yet so far
I hear the chords a-ringing
Not the tunes in my car.
My body is gently swaying
To that beat so heaven sent
And I know it'll keep playing
For the reason it is meant.
COMPACT SPACE
Ever squeezing
together tightly
Filling a void in
space completely.
No emptiness left
whatsoever
Done by minds
thinking so clever.
So closely knit
no rips in the seams
A product of one's
intelligent dreams.
