Good Bye

Good Bye
In the days that I had met you
To the day we had said good-bye
I knew I wouldn't forget you
You know that's not a lie

If you could see how much you've helped me
Just those simple little things
If you could see how much you meant to me
We could have been a team

I look to what I had left inside
All the confidence I have
If you saw the way I see you
Then there'd be nothing left to hide

If I told you I looked up to you
What would you have said?
I couldn't say it to your face
Its in the lines you read

So now I feel like its over
The friendship that we made
And just because we said good-bye
.we vanish without a trace.
